Rep Score = 55% Sales (percentile rank among all reps) + 25% YoY Growth (percentile rank among all reps) + 10% Account Health (active ÷ active + dormant) + 10% Dealer Coverage (see the Coverage Gaps tab). Updated 2026-07-26: added Dealer Coverage as a 4th component; switched Sales/Growth to percentile ranking since ranking against a single top performer unfairly penalizes everyone else regardless of their own performance.
